Key outputs

§   Embed our two charity/social enterprises into the core of BM’s operations, ensuring high awareness and active participation across the organization. Aim for tangible outcomes in engagement and activity levels.

§   Collaborate with the team to organize six charitable events annually, with the objective of raising £100,000 each year to support BM’s social initiatives.

§   Develop and implement a groundbreaking green initiative that distinguishes our business in the marketplace, complete with a compelling sales package that impresses during site visits.

§   Design an annual calendar of coordinated and impactful ESG events. Elevate the management of these initiatives to ensure more strategic oversight and efficient execution.

§   Prepare a concise and impactful annual CSER report that highlights our achievements and progress.

§   Take charge of BM, Inc., expanding our network by adding two new suppliers monthly. Develop a unique selling proposition based on engagement and measurable outcomes, ensuring it gains recognition and traction.

§   Develop a toolkit for client ESG leaders, detailing BM’s capabilities in sustainability, and establish a CRM system to maintain essential contact information, ensuring direct communication with a designated contact from each major client.

§   Forge connections with clients’ internal communications teams to ensure that BM’s initiatives and successes are featured on client intranets.

§   Synthesize all innovative ideas into a comprehensive ‘shopping basket’ of solutions and services that BM can offer.
