Diversity Jobs Group only works with direct employers and all applications are made directly from our job boards straight to the employer’s careers sites. You will not find any job aggregators meaning every click to apply is straight to an employer.
We are fully compatible with ALL Applicant Tracking Systems and have the ability to implement your roles onto our boards within 24/48 hours.
We currently have an average of 8000 visits to the boards per week so around 32,000 per month, following further investment to Google Adverts and Bing plus a new programmatic partner we envisage this to increase to 50,000 unique visits per month, however, this is very different to a generalist Job Board and should be looked at very differently as candidate traffic isn’t the same.
