Position: Head Concierge

Location: King & Queen Wharf

Working Hours: 4 days on, 4 days  0700 – 1900

Salary:  £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: A permanent position that offers stability and room for growth.

Development Details:

This role will be based at a luxury, gated development on the South Bank of the River Thames, consisting of 140 residential apartments. The site benefits from a private Leisure Centre (Pool, Spa & Sauna), car park, and stunning direct river views from most apartments. Closest tube station is Canada Water.

 

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Head Concierge at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

 

  • Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
  • Have previous experience managing a team
  • Have experience working in a similar role within residential management
  • Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
  • Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
  • Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
  • Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
