As a Guest Relations Executive you’ll be a face of the hotel, so we want you to bring your friendly and upbeat personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! You’ll be working as part of a vibrant team, putting the needs of our guests first to make sure there is never a missed opportunity to deliver show stopping moments in the fast-paced environment of our hotel.

  • Feel confident to promote the services that we offer at the hotel
  • Act as an approachable point of contact between guests and the team
  • Be able to multitask and manage guests’ queries efficiently

The Dilly is one of central London’s premier hotel destinations. Its rich history and reputation is built on years of British tradition where guests will feel like they have taken a step back in time with the Edwardian heritage whilst enjoying all that central London has to offer. The Dilly is part of the Leonardo Hotels Limited Edition collection.
