Working as a Chef de Partie for Searcys will require you to be an ambassador for this brand and deliver food that creates lasting memories. As a Chef de Partie you will work across all sections of the kitchen and support the Exec/Head Chef in the day to day running of the venue. You will work collaboratively with both the kitchen and front of house team to deliver bespoke events and restaurant service whilst creating food that honours the seasons and celebrates local produce. 

The Brigade Bar and Kitchen is an all day restaurant and bar based in London Bridge.  We serve woodfired British classics with a modern twist and pride ourselves on working in partnership with the charity Beyond Food who are based at the venue.

Job Type: Full Time/ Monday to Friday (minimum of 30 Hours per week)

Salary: £13.15ph plus TRONC

Key Responsibilities:

  • To support the senior kitchen team in the day to day running of the operation.
  • Work across all sections of the kitchen and have proficiency in cooking a wide variety of dishes to be served in events and restaurant service.
  • Supporting the team, training and mentoring all Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters, allowing them to grow for the future.
  • To ensure that all legislative and Government guidelines are adhered to, including The Food Safety Act, Health and Safety at Work Act, the COSHH regulations, etc. within the areas of responsibility.
