Public Health – Championing Community Well-being

We are looking for an enthusiastic Wellbeing Admin Assistant to support our Health Improvement team who play a pivotal role in helping people across Wiltshire to improve their health and wellbeing.

As a Wellbeing Admin Assistant, you will work with the admin team to support our Health Coaches in the Wiltshire Health Improvement Hub. You will be the go-to person for managing our Single Point of Access, including its marketing and promotion. You will be the first point of contact for our clients; you will handle client enquiries, triage referrals and maintain accurate records with a predominant focus on stop smoking clients due to the role being funded by the smokefree grant.

Confidence and professionalism in interacting with people at all levels – face-to-face, in writing, and over the phone – are essential. Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles is also essential.

Part-time working hours will be considered for this role if a minimum of 30 hours a week can still be achieved.
