Portico are on the lookout for an experienced Welcome Services Manager to lead our teams based at the Manchester and Leeds offices of one of the biggest professional services companies in the world!
The Welcome Services Manager will support the Regional Welcome Services Manager, the General Manager & Portico Welcome Services Leadership at Leeds & Manchester to deliver a five-star service across our services.
The role is responsible for overseeing client floor receptions and floor hosting across the 2 locations. We are looking for someone who can help drive the service forward, inspire the team and ensure that the team provide a market leading Front of House Service.
Hours: 40 hours per week, between 7am-7pm Mon-Fri.
We are looking for a proactive individual with the ability to think outside the box. They must have experience of managing a team of at least 10 people within a corporate or five-star hospitality environment. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience of managing multiple departments in a busy environment. Meaning they are able to manage their time effectively and support their teams when needed, depending on business requirements. Preferably, the individual will have experience with HR policies and processes, client relationship management, project support and implementation, and is confident in creating new processes not being afraid to put innovative ideas forward.
Hours for the role are as required to meet business needs and the position is Manchester based with travel to the Leeds office as required.
