ICT – Driving Technological Transformation

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Wiltshire Council’s ICT department working in the Enterprise Architecture Team, delivering new solutions for Wiltshire Council.

As a Solutions Architect, you will provide architectural expertise and direction to different council services, programmes, projects, and all levels of management on the council’s technical capabilities. You will lead on decisions for designing correct technical solutions that meet business requirements and produce artefacts such as visions, roadmaps, and high and low-level designs.

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with relevant experience gained by working in ITIL, Prince2 or MSP. To excel in this role, you need to possess a good working knowledge of IT principles and enterprise products, with the ability to make recommendations and Architectural decisions.
