To further scale our growing business, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team

The role

This is a truly unique role which sits at the core of our ambitious growth plans. You will join a cross-functional pathway squad (consisting of clinical project managers, clinical experts, CRM, and content editors) and drive the continuous optimization of key metrics such as patient engagement, retention, and represcriptions.

This role sits in the overall DTx (Digital Therapeutics) cluster, together with the teams owning the core app experience, patient acquisition, and patient pathways and is reporting to the Sr Director of Product.

Key skills

  • Significant experience developing and executing mobile product strategies and delivering impact on high-level product and business metrics. You think big, build small, and learn fast.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with Engineering, Design, Data in an agile setup.

  • Deep-understanding of the pitfalls and trends in mobile app development.

  • Data-driven: >You have defined and lead the implementation of measurement and tracking frameworks, design A/B tests, and used the learnings to inform your strategy.

  • Experience working with a diverse set of stakeholders (Commercial, Legal, Science).

  • Fluent English and German (we work in English, but our biggest market is Germany and this role requires you to frequently look at our pathway from the patient's perspective and participate in patient interviews)

  • Role can be based remotely in Germany with occasional trips to one of our hubs.

Good to have

  • Experience in leveraging behavioral UX and/or gamification to drive product and business metrics.

  • Experience building community-based products.

  • Experience in digital health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own or co-own and drive key app engagement metrics: retention, engagement depth & breath, NPS.

  • Develop a long-term vision for the Oviva Direkt app and break it down into short- and mid-term roadmap items. Evangelize these with the team and stakeholders.

  • Build up measurement and tracking frameworks for your area of ownership.

  • Conceptualize and run discovery initiatives to deepen your understanding of our patient’s needs and JTBD, use qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategic hypothesis and experiments.

  • Partner with your peers in Engineering and Design to build a high-performing cross-functional squad.
