The Senior Electrical Engineer is a key role to delivering exceptional technical and commercial solutions to a range of clients across the private and public sector; including education, defence, healthcare, pharmaceutical and commercial. You will work to ensure projects are delivered to the right scope of time, quality and budget. You will manage contracts, deliver electrical designs and reports, contract documents and liaise directly with Clients and Contractors. You will supervise a team of engineers and technicians and assist in management of project resources and costs.

About You
This role will suit a Senior Building Services Engineer (Electrical) who has the desire and capabilities to develop their career within a people and client orientated construction and property consultancy.
Our ideal Senior Building Services Engineer (Electrical) must have:
- HND/Degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Knowledge and understanding of BS7671
-
- Knowledge of H&S/CDM requirements and current legislation e.g., UK Building Regulations
- Familiarity with electrical and lighting design software’s such as Amtech/Dialux
- Excellent communication skills, collaborative and self – motivated
- Structured wiring system and security system design experience
- Knowledge of construction industry design processes and procurement arrangements
- Resource planning and management experience
- Fire alarm and emergency lighting design experience
