(Senior) Ad Tech & Ops (f/m/d)

Your tasks


  • Manage the technical aspects of our ad servers and implement VAST or other tags in Google Ad Manager (GAM)
  • Ensure that all Sales partners, both new and existing, receive the necessary support and are correctly set up in GAM
  • Oversee the ecosystem across Google products such as connections in DV360 for programmatic sold campaign and Google Data Studio 
  • Collaborate with digital platform management teams in Europe in analyzing the inventory and have excellent understanding in how GAM is impacted by our partner sales with Google
  • Take charge of migrations with new potential CMSs, both internally and from other publishers and make sure that all technical requirements are met
  • Understanding how GAM is impacted by partner sales with Google
  • Optimizing of campaigns and exploring new targeting that can be of interest to our business development
  • Provide support to the team in managing relationships with sales/clients across Europe
  • Ensure the team possesses the required technical knowledge for ad servers and workflows are efficient and excellent


Your profile


  • Several years of experience in advertising operations, digital advertising, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of ad operations processes
  • Familiarity with ad serving platforms, especially Google Ad Manager, programmatic advertising, and various ad formats
  • Prior experience in managing a team, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, analyze ad performance, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in managing complex projects, migrations, and implementations related to advertising operations
