You will be joining an organization that has treated 500.000 patients to date and is opening a new shared service in Poland to support our global operations.

To support our growing business, we are looking for a Marketing data analyst.

The role

As a Marketing Data Analyst at Oviva, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing product strategies through comprehensive data collection, analysis, and insights. You will be responsible for tracking and reporting on marketing and customer funnel activities, giving recommendations for optimizing performance, and identifying key growth and conversion opportunities. If you are a highly analytical individual with a passion for leveraging data to inform marketing decisions, we want to hear from you.


Key responsibilities

  • Provide regular and custom reports across the customer funnel, with a focus on key areas of opportunity such as lead acquisition efforts.

  • Gather and integrate data from various sources along the marketing data pipeline, including ad platforms, GA 4, survey tools, and Salesforce CRM

  • Conduct data logic checks across different platforms and collect additional data as needed to enhance insights

  • Support in identifying significant opportunities within the customer funnel, including cross-channel analyses, creative performance assessments, and churn analysis

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis on major channels and budgets, providing insights on performance metrics and KPIs

  • Long-term involvement in media mix co-ownership, attribution modeling, and lift test analyses in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

What are we looking for you to bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, (business) informatics, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing data analytics, preferably in a B2C startup environment

  • Strong understanding of fundamental statistical concepts such as probability, regression analysis and forecasting techniques.

  • Proficiency in SQL queries (BigQuery experience preferred), dbt (data built tool), and JavaScript in GTM

  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar) CRM, GA 4, GTM, Google BigQuery, funnel.io (can be taught), and LookerStudio

  • Experience with internal data analysis and customer journey mapping
