Strategy and Insight – Shaping the Future of Work

Join our HR & OD Strategy Team as an HR Strategy Projects Officer and be at the forefront of shaping effective HR strategies, policies, and processes to help deliver our Workforce Strategy.

As a HR Strategy Projects Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting HR&OD initiatives and projects to drive our business forward. You will lead on the procurement and implementation of external services, manage existing contracts that sit within HR&OD and regularly review performance and resolve issues in line with Service Level Agreements. In this role, you will continuously seek ways to improve HR&OD efficiency through collaboration with other services and through conducting research, analysis and engagement activity through focus groups, surveys or stakeholder meetings.

We are seeking candidates with a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience, and experience of managing a range of complex projects or initiatives from start to end. Thorough knowledge of supplier management and contracts management, as well as effective communication skills with excellent attention to detail is essential.

We will consider offering this as a “career step role” and welcome applications from candidates who may not fully meet the person specification, but have the potential to develop the knowledge, skills and experience required within a 12-18 month timeframe.
