Job Description

Join our evolving Talent function as a Generalist HR Manager, where you will balance hands-on operational tasks with engaging projects. You will oversee day-to-day HR activities and act as a point of escalation for your client groups. This is initially a 3-month FTC position. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop effective working relationships with client groups.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the business while aligning with broader people objectives.
  • Interpret metrics and data to provide insights supporting robust people and business decisions.
  • Collate development needs, ensuring your client groups' requirements are met.
  • Manage end-to-end employee relations issues, including restructures, redundancies, settlement negotiations, and more.
  • Collaborate with Talent Partners, leadership teams, and the L&D Partner to build and implement the client groups' L&D strategy.


  • Demonstrable experience in a Senior Advisor/Manager position within a fast-growth/pace company.
  • Experience in combining HR best practices with innovation and flexibility.
  • Strong communication skills, building credible relationships with senior stakeholders and employees at all levels.
  • Confident leadership, managing competing priorities to deliver the right outcomes.
  • Proactive problem solver and creative thinker.
  • A visible contributor, collaborating and sharing knowledge with the wider Talent team.
