Salary: £23,893 – £27,334 FTE per annum. Pro rata to hours/weeks worked

Ernesford Grange Primary School is looking to appoint a HLTA practitioner passionate about pupils with SEND, to be an integral part in their personal, social and academic development.
Working alongside the school’s SENDCo, the SEND HLTA will be a lead practitioner in a specially resourced room for 8 pupils with SEND. The children all range from reception to Year 5. The team consists of 3 staff members and there will be supervisory duties as part of the role.
This role is temporary to be reviewed at the end of the academic year.
An individual who:
– Has a developed knowledge of pupils with SEND (ASD, communication and language, physical)
– Is a qualified HLTA looking for an opportunity to expand their knowledge and lead the room
– Can plan an engaging, personalised and bespoke curriculum
– Is creative, positive and passionate
– Has knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
