An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Business Support within the Adult Social Care and Public Health Directorate at Richmond and Wandsworth Better Service Partnership.
The Head of Business Support covers a wide range of functions including business support to the Social Care and Public Health teams, as well as the directorate’s Senior Management Team. In this role you will lead key areas of work within the directorate including Health & Safety, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Freedom of Information and Subject Access Requests, Member Enquiries, and Executive, Admin and Recruitment support.
The role has six direct reports and an overall responsibility for Business Support services covering 47 staff.
As Head of Service, you will:
- have strong experience of providing business support within a social care department
- be an experienced manager with a leadership style that inspires and motivates people, with experience of developing and managing staff to provide an outstanding business support service
- have a vision for how business support services can be provided in future, making best use of digital technology.
