We are currently recruiting for a Guest Services Host to join our team in the Glasgow offices of a client in the financial services industry!

Working in a small team, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all queries. They will also work closely with the firm’s staff, as well as other service partners to provide the best possible level of customer service to all.

Conveying an attitude where no request is too big and no detail is too small, the successful Guest Services Host will provide a friendly, larger than life welcome, whilst remaining security conscious. They will also know the difference between being discreet and going the extra mile to anticipate the needs of their guests.

The role is hands on, with the Guest Services Host being involved in all aspects of the reception and facilities services that our team provides including desk and meeting room bookings and locker allocation and maintenance. Therefore, it is essential to have an open minded, adaptable, and flexible approach, in an ever changing and evolving business.

Being the first point of contact for all IT and AV assistance is also a key part of the successful candidates’ duties. They will ideally have the knowledge and experience in these areas to troubleshoot technical issues with the confidence of a “super user”. 

Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £25,358

We are looking for a friendly and passionate candidate with a passion for service and attention to detail. They must be willing to go above and beyond to create exception experiences for our clients, as well as possessing strong organisational, communication skills and demonstrating a keen level of pro-activity with a range of tasks. 

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service.

Experience of setting up and using Audio Visual and IT equipment for meetings and video calls is desirable.
