About the role
This new position will be pivotal in supporting the University Governance Team, facilitating decision making and stakeholder management at the highest level of the University. The role is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in governance, offering opportunities to improve processes and innovate solutions while exercising your initiative and discretion.
What you would be doing
You will be responsible for providing proactive governance support, records management, and administrative and project support to members of the University Governance Team. You will lead on developing and enhancing processes and systems.

We are looking for a motivated self-starter to provide high-quality support in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and proactive. Candidates should bring:
- A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to respond to non-routine situations independently
- Experience of developing process and system enhancements
- Strong understanding of customer service
- Working knowledge of relevant policy and legislation including Data Protection and Freedom of Information
