We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Business Support Host to join our team based in the London offices of a client in the financial services industry!
The overall aim of the Front of House Business Support Host is to have a positive impact on the overall working environment at the firm.
The Front of House Business Support Host will work closely with all service providers to ensure a seamless experience for the firm’s staff, whilst using the environment to the fullest. They will also be a key point of contact for all users of the space and have in-depth knowledge of working practices and activities within the areas to provide functional and strategic assistance, serving as a coordination point for everyday tasks to the business.
Some of the key tasks of the Front of House Business Support Host are: –
- Remain aware of and ensure that staff and visitors follow security access control policies at all times, and have confidence in highlighting any areas of concern.
- Issuing of temporary building access passes.
- Maintain, and replenish stock levels.
- Assisting with desk booking requirements across location and helping other office locations as and when required.
- Keep an accurate record of all checks including appropriate information such as occupancy, usage of resources and issues.
- Work alongside the reception team in playing a crucial role in maintaining meeting rooms efficiencies.
- Addressing any customer queries that may arise and defuse delicate situations calmly and effectively.
Shifts: 40 hours per week
Salary: £32,960
The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, as well as being comfortable with using different visitor management systems, and the ability to prioritise work due to constantly changing circumstances.
