As a Directorate Assistant, you will provide comprehensive assistance and support to Directors. You will be responsible for managing diaries and inboxes, arranging meetings, taking minutes, rescheduling appointments, and organizing travel. You will work closely with the Executive Assistants and wider support team, liaising with internal colleagues and external partners to ensure efficient service delivery. You will be required to attend meetings and record actions and minutes where appropriate and ensure that your directors are fully prepared for their meetings and engagements.

Our ideal candidate will hold a NVQ Level 4 or have equivalent experience, strong IT skills, and the ability to be an organised team player and who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all disciplines. The ability to horizon scan, prioritise workloads, manage multiple calendars, maintain confidentiality as well as experience using diplomacy and discretion will be essential. If you have the required experience, skills and enthusiasm, and you are looking for a challenge in a rewarding and friendly environment then we would like to hear from you.
