Deputy Manager
Location: Haywood House, Stoke-on-Trent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £14.85 per hour, Pay review Pending
We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, quality-driven Deputy Manager with a proven track record of managing a team of staff, with experience in leadership and management to join our team on a full-time basis (Monday-Friday). You must be willing to adopt a flexible approach to hours of duty to meet the needs of the service.
Haywood House provides specialist-supported living accommodation for men and women with a diagnosis of learning disability or autism and associated mental health and behavioural support needs.
We are seeking a candidate with previous experience working in mental health that will collaborate with senior management, have strong leadership skills and is self-motivated and ambitious. You will have a good understanding of CQC regulations and be able to recognise the need for referral to statutory bodies (safeguarding, DoLS, MHA, MCA).

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Level 3 Health and Social Care
- Experience in a care setting
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience working with young people and/or adults with Learning disabilities, Autism and mental health problems
