Customer Operations Analyst – Nusajaya

We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as Customer Operations Analyst  

Location: Johor Bahru, Puteri Habour

As a Customer Service Analyst you will be responsible for tracking and managing business metrics for the Operations team.

This is a great opportunity for a dynamic person who is looking to develop within a growing and evolving organisation. You will work in a team environment, whilst also working cross-functionally to make sure that customer needs are met within timescales.

Responsibilities:

• Partners cross-functionally to develop, track and manage business metrics for Operations (service level, supplier response time, supply chain costs and inventory, etc.).

• Undertake order book management for the designated customers to ensure customer

orders are processed accurately and in line with the company processes.

• Maintain and run customer/critical shortage and adherence reports to identify

potential issues and escalate within the supply chain to prevent build shortages and

delivery failures.

• Maintain departmental KPIs to enable the performance of the department to be

monitored and any potential trends and issues to be highlighted.

• Attend site meetings to obtain the latest customer data on outputs to ensure stock

availability levels are sufficient to cover build or shop visit rates.

• Action ad-hoc stock requests and create urgent demand by utilising the fast-track process

to ensure customer build rates are not impacted and contractual delivery timescales

are met.

• Participation in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance

business performance.

• Monitor and maintain inventory re-order points in GEAC and JDE systems for assigned contract and ad-hoc distribution inventories

• Carry out initial analysis of reports and metrics prior to issuing to the internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Education at the Diploma level or above

• Experience in a similar position, preferably in aerospace indistry

• An advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Proficient in English; another SEA language is desirable

• Comfortable in presenting and articulating ideas to management

• Good understanding of complex data retrieval, scrubbing and processing

• Able to work well under pressure within defined timescales
