We are recruiting a Cafe Supervisor within the Barnsley area.
Lone working serving Barista coffee’s, breakfast sandwich’s and pre packed grab and go lunch. You will be responsible for all ordering, stock take and  book working system.

Monday to Friday and the occasional Saturday. 7.00am to 3.30pm

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cafe Supervisor to join our team in Tankersley, United Kingdom. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and  delivering an exceptional dining experience.

  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation
  • Maintain excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as needed
  • Implement and enforce food safety and hygiene standard
  • Collaborate with upper management to improve cafe operations and increase profitability
  • Proven experience as a Cafe Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in the food service industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in cafe or restaurant operations
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Experience in inventory management 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
  • Expertise in coffee preparation techniques
  • Understanding of cafe operations
