The Property Team focuses on supporting customers with housing needs in the current climate of huge demand for social housing. The team has an opportunity for a Business Information Analyst and System Support Officer to support the service with performance reporting, analysis and functional support.

As a Business Information Analyst and System Support Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring the level of arrears for temporary accommodation and private rented homes and calculating service charges through collaborating with internal colleagues. You will take on the role of a systems administrator in relation to processes and security activities in our systems, provide training and advice in the operation of the system and develop analysis tools to generate performance and finance reports across the service, as well as

We are looking for a candidate with the ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner, the ability to analyse and a good eye for detail. We will look for you to have at least 5 years of experience of data analysis, and knowledge of database architecture with proficiency of using Microsoft SQL server and associated reporting applications such as Visual Studio, MS Access and MS Excel.
