We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Advanced Apprentice – Customer Service Coordinator to join our team! This role is all about providing a professional distribution service, efficiently managing customer orders, and creating logistically sound planning schedules that cater to customer needs.
You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships while optimising our plant network and vehicle fleet utilisation.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Become an expert in our products and processes, mastering the art of order processing using IT systems and telephone communication.
- Build a deep understanding of internal and customer IT systems.
- Communicate regularly with Transport and Operations Teams to address any issues affecting orders.
- Resolve customer queries, keeping them informed and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with your team to foster continuous improvement in our customer service experience.
- Demonstrate determination and pride in your work, striving for excellence in all tasks.
